Spirit Led Believer

SPIRIT LED BELIEVER
"For this reason we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; that you may walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, pleasing to all being fruitful in every good work, and increase in the knowledge of God, strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, enduring everything with perseverance and patience joyfully giving thanks to the Father, who has enabled us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light" (Colossians 1:9-12).
In recalling some of the things God asks of you, you may confront some essential concerns. Perhaps you have a husband who doesn't agree with what you feel God is leading you to do. Maybe you have a small child who needs constant care. How can you take on both roles at home and also take on God's plan for your Life?
Although your husband is the head of the home, God's word is in the life of believers is higher. In the end, obedience has a price--dying to self, but it also comes with a special reward: the commendation of the Father. So get rid of your excuses. Take up God's plan for your life, and watch Him show Himself strong through you.
